Bally Ribbon Mills provides production, manufacturing, dyeing and finishing in-house.

Shuttle loom A shuttle containing the filling yarn passes through the shed (opening of warp yarns) to produce the desired weave. Can produce a seamless tube and items with two woven edges.
Needle loom (Shuttleless Loom) A needle passes the filling yarn through the shed where it is anchored and then passed back to the starting point before the warp yarns change pattern. This produces one woven edge and one selvage edge.
Jacquard Loom Utilizing a computer controlled CAD design system, each individual warp yarn is controlled individually. Allows for writing in fabric and 3-dimensional shapes and structures.
Braiding Braids are textiles formed by plaiting several yarns together diagonally (weaving is at orthogonal angles). The number of strands available for braiding at BRM goes from 16 to 208.
Specialty Broadcloth Fabrics exceeding 12 inches in width can be produced on specialized equipment at Bally Ribbon Mills with all the variety in properties as our narrow offerings.
Dyeing Large scale continuous dyeing produces a consistent color throughout the lot at a high rate of production. Smaller custom lots are still available through our batching process. Both methods are processed through the quality lab to ensure color conformance.
Finishing Application and curing for all types of fabric finishes: flame treatment, resin treatment, stiffening agents, silicone release agents, starches, etc.
Strap Cutting Heat cut straight and angled / sealed ends. Custom lengths and put-ups available.
Sonic Welding Assemblies and sealing.
Hole Punching
Sewn Webbing Assemblies Minor in-process sub-assemblies.
